REFUND POLICY
Our returns and exchanges policy should be read in conjunction with Tahira's Terms and Conditions.
Changed your mind? No worries! We offer refunds on all eligible orders returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a $10.85 postage & handling fee.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings, body piercing jewellery, hair accessories, face masks, and gift cards cannot be refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 10 business days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

Change of Mind Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds for In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases must be returned to a physical store for a refund. Online returns are not accepted for in-store purchases.
